ProBodX Basic 2 Hours No Pre-requisite $100 In this workshop, you will learn the basic principles of ProBodX and how to get started with the minimal amount of equipment and time. Instruction in a simplified version of ProBodX will take place, which includes 15 exercises and how to advance them. Equipment will be provided for use during class and available for sale. A chart of the program will be given to you to coach you through your home workouts. ProBodX Intermediate 3 Hours Pre-requisite Basic $175 This workshop helps you to refine and advance your basic program. Ten additional exercises are addressed. Also, you will be introduced to the concept of loading and partnering and will be shown you how to incorporate them into your workout for greater results. An intermediate chart of program will be given to you. Own equipment--balls, bells and slantboard--are required.
This Advanced workshop covers all the ProBodX exercises and uses all the ProBodX equipment. You are introduced to the concept of reversing, eccentric, concentric, and are shown how to incorporate them into your workout for optimal results. Own equipment or advanced purchase of all equipment required.
